It’s been a busy few weeks in the office with a number of interesting job enquiries coming in. Some recently secured feature; a Grade II listed building, which is stunning architecturally with lots of character set for residential re-development; a modern extension to an existing 36 bed residential care home providing a new 13 bed specialist care unit in a mature rural setting. Residential development hasn’t been discouraged! We progressed sketch schemes for 3 new residential sites within the Bournemouth and Poole area despite the Affordable Housing changes of late; and not forgetting the ongoing working relationship we hold with a number of churches where recently we have secured various re-ordering works. Here’s looking forward to a busy and productive run up to Christmas!
