The National Trust – Brownsea Island – We were commissioned to prepare a feasibility study to improve the visitor experience and footfall to the island.

We carried out major roof works and improvements to the Listed Buildings, converted the Boat store to a shop, formed the Courtyard to link the harbour seascape to the front with the conservation lagoon to the rear.

73 High Street Poole – Grade II Listed, oldest building in Poole.  Refurbishment of fragile historic fabric, with alterations and conservation work.

The Manor Warminster – Major project to Grade II Listed former Lord Bath property, to convert to residential education use for Action on Addiction and Bath University.

Clouds House East Knoyle – Major project to reroof this important Philip Webb Listed house.  Sundry other minor projects to modernise the residential treatment centre for Action on Addiction.

Robinswood Farm Bere Regis – A tragic fire gave the unique opportunity to refurbish the Listed cottage and to extend and improve for 20th century family living.

Wessex Water Westford Pumping Station – The station was closed over 20 years ago and was in a time capsule of its own with fascinating historic equipment.  The building is Listed and needs much conservation work to preserve it.
